Dr Solomon Rothstein

Dr. Rothstein has advanced degrees in Psychology, Speech Pathology, Group Dynamics and Theology from Columbia University, Yeshiva University, and the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. He is a former Professor at Rutgers University in New Jersey and the Dominican College at Blauvelt, New York. His courses on strengthening communication skills, team building and overcoming the fear of public speaking were extremely popular with student bodies and classes were always quickly filled. He served as consultant to the Speech Center at Columbia University and at present provides guidance in conflict resolution to the students and faculty of Cal State Northridge University in Northridge California.

For the past 15 years, Dr. Rothstein has focused on the private and government sector and to the serious workplace issues facing employers and employees today. He is currently a Chaplain to the Boynton Beach, Florida, police department. He has had a great deal of experience with police work as a former member of the Los Angeles Police Department and he counseled police officers when overwhelming stress invaded their lives. He was also a member of the LAPD Critical Incident Response Team. In this capacity, Dr. Rothstein debriefed and defused police personnel and their families who had suffered catastrophic crises.

He is an expert on threat management and violent behavior prevention in the workplace. As an associate of Dr. John Gray, author of "Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus", Dr. Rothstein address the issue of how relationships at home affect work performance.

His lectures, seminars and keynote speeches are enthusiastically received the world over. His dynamic style of delivery has won him acclaim in the book "The Best Speakers I Ever Heard " by Dottie Walters, President of the Walters International Speakers Bureau.
